Speak Asian Video Project

This was the second project I did for my Video Shooting & Editing course at BCIT New Media & Web Development program and I had the opportunity to work with two of my very talented classmates. For this project we had to come up with the idea for a company to promote and we came up with an Asian language school call Speak Asian. So we created the script, logo and sample website home page and we shot the footage in Downtown, Chinatown and at BCIT. Finding the right environment and properly setting up the lighting and sound recording was a challenge we faced before we could record the interview footage that we needed. Also we had to come the up with a script for each person talking in the video. We used my Canon T3i DSLR camera to record the audio and video and Final Cut and Soundtrack Pro to do all the editing.
